Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed 7 days a week and take 1 - 3 days before being shipped out (depending on part availability at the time of ordering). Shipping times are impacted mostly by which service is selected at check out. Once shipped, please refer to the tracking number and the service providers website for estimated delivery windows. 

Orders showing "delivered" status that have not yet arrived, or that could not be fulfilled due to various reasons should be addressed with the according shipping service, however Talisman Airsoft LLC may be able to provide additional support, information, or other solutions on a case-by-case basis. International orders are subject to longer shipping times than estimated due to lengthy screening process items declared as airsoft get put through. A good rule of thumb is to add at least 5 days to the shipping window on the speed you choose to get a better estimate. Though, we have had shipments held up by customs in various countries, it is exceedingly rare that a shipment gets outright rejected. 

Return & Replacement Policy

Returns are accepted - no questions asked - if item(s) meets the following conditions:

• the item(s) were purchased within the last 30 days

• the item(s) were purchased from Talisman first-hand with a valid order number

• the item(s) is in its original condition

Replacement parts for ballistic knives are available by request should you need them. Please email talismanairsoft@gmail.com and put "replacement part" in the subject line. Fees for parts vary by part and case. Buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges.
